While not always necessary, a professional executor can ensure that your estate plan is properly implemented and can be particularly valuable in situations involving complicated family dynamics. As executor, we take the burden off of your family to deal with the estate administration and associated legal issues and serve as a neutral third party to ensure that all estate beneficiaries are treated fairly.

We also serve as professional trustees for many of our clients. As an independent firm, we can work with your other advisors to make sure not only that any trusts are properly administered, but also that they are managed in coordination with your other assets. We also have relationships with professional investment managers, accountants and back-office trust administrators that allow us to provide a full range of professional trustee services at a reasonable cost.
